Metal Cutting Super Duty Radial Arms are our line of metal cutting saws. These saws are the ultimate workhorse of their industry and are capable of operating 2-3 shifts per day in an industrial sawing environment. These saws for metal are able to do a wide variety of cutoff work. Applications include aluminum cutting, steel cutting, as well as miter cuts, bevel cuts and compound miter cuts. Various other materials such as brass, bronze, plastics and fiberglass can also be cut with our Metal Cutting Super Duty Radial Arms Saws. Our 22″ diameter radial saws utilize a Variable Frequency Drive to control the arbor motor. Using this feature we ramp up the speed of the blade over 8 seconds resulting in a very smooth start up.

These massive 900 pound machines are constructed of cast and ductile iron and heavy gage steel for vibration free operation. Our metal cutting saws are much more than radial arm saws. When coupled with optional equipment, they are a platform for a wide variety of cutoff work in manual and semi-automatic as well as automatic operation when coupled with a material feeder.
